i wasnt able to find out much about this agency but i did find out that they have 26 artists on the website and If the commission is cancelled the fees payable will be as follows; 25% of agreed fees plus
expenses before delivery of roughs, 50% of agreed fees plus expenses after the delivery of
roughs and 100% of the agreed fee plus expenses after the delivery of the final Artwork.
Nowhere does it say how to submit work so i assume that you can send low res images via the email address given or printed samples to the address given.
